  1. After. You need to clean out the debris from eating.

  2. both

  3. Well, you brush your teeth before bed and then sleep. You wake up and if you brushed your teeth before breakfast, you already brushed them before you went to bed. They are already clean. Then when you eat breakfast, you can have clean teeth for the day.

  4. both

before, to clear out bacteria that accumulated through the night then brush and floss after every meal

  5. does putting toothpaste on your waffles in place of syrup make a difference?

  6. after ofcourse, the point is to clean the food and everything else off your teeth.

  7. Well when you wake up you have "monkey breath", so if you're not going to eat right away then brush, like if you are going somewhere to eat. If you are at home and nothing is planned then yes....AFTER you eat. All the food and bacteria would be growing in your mouth and on your teeth if your didn't brush after you ate. Your choice.

  8. Probably smarter to do after, for several reasons; The taste, not wasting effort, and just the fact its probably safter to just do it after.

Its more of your own preferance..

  9. ...every day when you wake up nd every day before u go to sleep

or more iif directed by dentist or if yuh have braces

  10. Brush them after cause you just ate and theres like stuff leftover on your teeth. Its meaningless to brush them before-its only to make your bad morning breath go away..

  11. there is no need to brush before breakfast. what a joke! you've brushed them just before bed, there's nothing left to remove. if your mouth feels stale after sleep, rinse with some water.

i vote for AFTER - 30 minutes after eating so you don't brush while your teeth are under attack, esp if you've eaten fruit

  12. After is better. But, I prefer to do it before. Since I have "morning breath" and when I taste food with that it taste horrible.

  13. After meals.

  14. if you have the time, i would do it before and after breakfast. its both really important and. to me, its better to eat breakfast with clean teeth. but then, you maybe want to brush it again so you wnt have bad breath.

  15. i brush them after cause ur just getting them dirty again if u brush them before but some people say first thing when u wake up cause of moring breath.... it really depends

  16. after
