  1. I tend to disagree with the principal of never having a 2 page resume. If you have enough substance  (not just words but real experience) then I think a 2 page resume is fine.

In college I interned in the HR office and did some resume searching. If it came down to a 1 pg with scant info and a 2 pg with relevant experience I picked the 2 pg,

To answer your question, no you should not staple a 2 page resume.

  2. a resume should never be more than 1 pg

  3. never staple use a paper clip and if you can try to make it one page.  I used this resume writing service in my area, this is the email address, (resume.help50@yahoo.com) you should try them, it only cost me $35.00 and I got a great job from this new resume, I never thought about the format that they use but the turn around time was less then 24 hrs.  I would have to say it was the best service I have ever used and it was worth every dime.  Also they let me pay through paypal.

  4. you shouldn't have a 2-page resume to begin with if you aren't a professional with 20+ years experience.

anything 3-4 years and older and was only a little job that you had for maybe a year shouldn't even be on the resume.

if it must must be more than 1 page, get it printed double-sided.
