  1. No normal face wash is suppose to help remove makeup or remove it completely. Try the neutrogena wave it removes most/all of your make up.

    Good luck!

  2. they sell these wipes at mac or they also have them at ur local walgreens or grocery store in neutrogena which is a little cheaper. they are exactly like baby wipes but are specifically made to remove make-up and tey work terrific if you use like waterproof mascara and stuff...i take off my makeup with one of these wipes then use the neutrogena wave to wash my face

  3. I think you're getting confused because people aren't directly answering your questions, although they are correct.

To remove makeup, any store that sells makeup sells makeup remover. You should look for alcohol-free makeup remover if you are looking to buy it. There are ingredients in the remover that take off the pigment of the makeup.

Removing eye makeup and removing normal makeup is in two steps.. it doesn't really matter which order you do it in. Most face cleansers will remove face makeup, like foundation, blush, etc. But not the eye makeup as much because it is a little more heavy and it's near your eye area which is very sensitive.

Buy an eye makeup remover, take a little Q-tip and dip it in. Then just gently wipe away your eye makeup and it goes away super easy.

Also, you can use vaseline to remove eye makeup (it says you can on the jar), but it sort of leaves your eye area feeling oily, so if you were to do it this way (using the q-tip also) you would need to do your face wash afterward.

Hope this cleared it up for you.

    :)

  4. I'd definetly use eye mkaeup remover before washing your face becuase it has a type of oil in it that leaves your face greasy. It just adds oil on your face and causes acne. Once you finish getting your makeup off i'd wash your face. For my makeup remover i used Mary Kay, gets off everything. And I have face cream/soap from Mary Kay aswell and Moisturizer.

    hope i helped!

  5. Yes if you want to start a proper skin care system you need 4 things, a make up remover,(to remover make up) A facial cleanser(to remove dirt and oil), A toner (to remove dead skin off the surface) and a Moisturizer if you are oily or break out prone then use OIL Free....Clinique has an awesome 3-step system that will last you 6 months or longer using it twice a day and run you about 70 dollars but It is worth it.....If not replace the list of products I gave you with the matching clean and clear, like, make up remover, morning burst is good, etc...
