  1. with. and on the right side of the rode. safer that way.

  2. Depends.  Usually with traffic, but aboard MCB Camp Pendleton, bikes and pedestrians are supposed to go opposite cars and to the side of the road.

But in most places, peds go either way, and bicyclists go with.

  3. As far to the right of the street/road as possible.  They can cite you for impediing traffic if you ride too far to the center.

  4. ONLY WITH please remember that doin otherwise may bput your life at risk

  5. with, only

  6. always go with trafic

  7. With traffic depending on the state and jurisdiction. you need to ask the local police officers

  8. With traffic! that's the law! Plus, riding against traffic can be dangerous.

  9. that is efinatly with traffic because when you ride you bike you have to obey all the traffic laws so riding against traffic is techically illegal well in my state it is and i live in washington so yea but yes always ride with the traffic its best for you and best for them

  10. You are supposed to drive it with traffic.  Meaning for most parts that you have to go on the right side.  It would be weird, hard, dangerous to go against traffic in an intersection.

  11. Always ride WITH traffic. The law states that bicyclists have all the rights and responsibilities as drivers of vehicles. That means driving (riding) with the flow of traffic. Other reasons to ride with the flow of traffic:

    1. If you ride against traffic, signs are all on the other side of the road from you.

    2. Cars entering the road from a side street or driveway are not looking for you to be in the 'wrong' place and are more likely to pull into you.

    3. If you ride against traffic and an approaching car cannot safely go around you due to oncoming traffic, there is no option but to hit you - you are coming at him no matter how slow he goes; even if he stops. OTOH, if you are traveling with traffic, he can simply slow to your speed and pass when it's safe.

    4.  If you are traveling against traffic at 15 mph and get hit by a car doing 30 mph, that is a 45 mph collision. But if you are hit from behind while doing 15 mph by a 30 mph car, that is only a 15 mph collision. The difference in closing speeds means more time for a car to react to your presence, and also less severe injuries should you actually be hit.

    5. Rather than being safe, wrong-way riding is one of the most common causes of accidents. In most lists, it is #2, behind riding unlit at night.

  12. ride your bike on the side walk

  13. Right side of the street, with the cars

  14. USE RIGHT SIDE TOWARD TRAFFIC (LEAVEING HOME) AND LEFT SIDE (GOING HOME) AGAINST TRAFFIC. ITS SO THEY ALWAYS SEE YOU.

ITS A LOT LIKE DRIVING ON A ROAD WITH A CAR.

  15. Always ride with the traffic. A lot more people are hit by cars riding against the traffic or on sidewalks. . Vehicles don't expect you on the wrong side. I hate it when I am riding on the right and here comes some Bozo riding the wrong way and towards me.

Very few people ever get hit from behind because drivers see you and expect you to be there; except for drunks and hateful people you should have no trouble.

  16. Unless you're a child on a bike with training wheels ride in the street with the flow of traffic, obey the same rules as car drivers.  Wear a helmet.

  17. with

  18. Always ride with the flow of traffic. Look at my source link for 10 tips on how not to get hit by cars.

  19. If I were riding on a quiet, country road I would ride against the traffic so I could make sure that the oncoming traffic could see me.

If I were riding in town or in a city, I would ride with the traffic because you are a road user and need to go with the flow of traffic.

  20. ALWAYS ride with the traffic. Also when you aproach an intersection, try to get into the middle of the road. THis will help avoid the deadly "right hook" collision.

  21. I have always understood that you ride a bicycle with traffic and walk against it.

  22. both

  23. Depends. In my opinion, it's safer to go against traffic, because you can see what is coming at you. If your cycling with traffic, someone could come up behind you, scare you, hit you, etc.

But the law states otherwise...so, your call...

  24. You should bike in the same direction of the traffic, unless you're on a off-road bike path.
