  1. run through it...it will go away

    eat more bananas....and try not to eat so close to when you run

    but doing summersaults in a patch of grass will help.

    I run at least 4 miles every morning, and I get them sometimes. All I do is run with my hand around my waist squeezing where it is. It helps it.

    If you get them a lot, eat a banana at least 30 min. before you start running, they really help prevent cramps. I eat them sometimes and they work.
