Are you surprised carlton beat collingwood?

I don't think they could pull it off against the pies when they are having a good day (as opposed to the god awful one they had today) so I didn't think the blues could win until the last 10 minutes of the game. Did anyone tip them?

l am a bluess fan but l tip collinwood to win only to shut a house full collinwood fans up it hard to live with so many magpies supporter being the only bluess supporter

i was shocked to hear on the radio when Carlton was leading Collingwood....i thorght maybe by 4 or 5 points tops but to hear them out by 23....I was shocked!

Going into today, I had 5 out of 5 tips....like I do every second or thrid week.....then Sunday bloody Sunday comes in and I get one tip right if im lucky!

I got 6 this week....after having 5 from 5 after Saturday night!

Collingwood...I just think its funny.. The people who run the place have no idea! In the first 3 games they have a rookie defender who performs well against Pavlich , Jon Brown, and Richo then they play him forward, instead of the match up on Fevola. Its hard to understand their thinking, were they simply trying to cover the incompetence of Rocca with Brown or what ? How dumb to expect O'Brien a batting I/2 back flanker at best, could ever contain Fev.

YES I TIPPED THEM,and I'm so rapt that we didn't lay down for collingwood and claim the record 15 straight losses,if they play like that they'll definately win more games...................go blues.

I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw the score...as if Carlton beats Collingwood after the last couple of weeks....well they certainly lifted their game...i hope they keep doing well even though im a proud doggies supporter!!!

No because I follow Collingwood have done so for 60yrs Coll and Carl have a very close record against each other and carlton along with Ess and Rich whenever they play Collingwood they seem to play above themselves when they play them but it was a good win for Carlton they were the better team on the day

It really depends on if you believe in conspiracy theories or not. I hope that Collingwood only had a shocker, but if you listen to the undertone of a few reports and comments made during the week you could believe in conspiracy theories

As a Carlton Supporter who went to the match, we proved to all the critics that we have a good back line and all round we can beat good teams like collingwood. Even though our team is still developing we have much to look forward to in years to come.

AND YES I TIP THEM AS WELL, though only got 7 this week (bloody tigers)

If all Carlton stars put in they are a great side, with players like Judd, Stevens, Gibbs, Murphy, Fev they are all great players. on there day they can take it up with all the teams.

That game reminded me of the fine cotton ring-in affair from the early 80's. Was that really the same Carlton that played the first 3 games???

They actually look like they could win a few more games this year.And for the record I did tip them cos they always play better against Collingwood and if bloody freo could have won I would have got a very rare 8/8.
