Are you surprised that Hugh Heffner offered Miley to pose in Playboy?

Is anyone surprised he offered her the chance to be in his magazine? I am not, maybe he commented about this too soon. Do you think when at legal age should Miley do it? I say yes and go for it since the VF photos angered enough of people maybe this would make the same amount of other people happy.
