Higher and higher taxes, dirtier and dirtier hospitals, lousy schools, lousy roads, exorbitant over taxed fuel and energy,

fortnightly refuse collection, crooked mps, cash for honours, going to war on the basis of lies, arrest and imprisonment without evidence, spy cameras everywhere, murderous violence on every street corner, uncontrolled and massive immigration, no EU referendum, broken promises, no real punishment for criminals.

I could go on.

What political party would put the above forward as a manifesto and expect to be elected?

  1. I'm not at all surprised.  I'm surprised that Labour seem to be surprised though.  What did they expect?

  2. need a change... boris is someone new... london is a ******** expensive place to live.... it needs to change

  3. I am not surprised but I suspect if it was a general election it would be very much closer. This is a broadside at the labour government by the electorate and we shall now see a swing towards a more benevolent Prime Minister.

  4. It didn't surprise me at all... but BORIS JOHNSON getting Mayor of London?... REALLY NOW... !  who is going to be appointed Minister of Public works.... Eddie Izzard?

  5. The voters have shown new labour the door, us Brits never took to a dictatorship, we all like living in a democracy which is what we had until the NL turned up.  i think they should be chucked out of power now.

  6. lemesseee..

how much did the war in irak cost in money and life?

no wmd foundand the war is still going on.... but the money is still pumped in to support a shaky puppet govt.

those money is from me and you hard earned paypacket

with those amount if channeled for hospitals, schools and such, life would be better all round this country....

with the soaring fuel price everything skyrocketed and the budget on IRAK like a runaway train ... labour has goto go...

  7. Not surprised....now all we need is a decent alternative..

  8. no

  9. No, delighted. As to the other point about broken promises in manifesto's, Labour and Conservative are both as bad as each other.

  10. Labour didn't put it forward because they knew nobody wanted it because it would not really make "things" get any "better".The reality is Labour has nothing to offer Either 1997 or now unless you work for the public sector. There historical or is that hysterical philosophy is well past its sell by date A 20th Century political philosophy that has failed all over the world. The only people who adhere to it intellectually ( there is still such a thing) are middle class liberals to whom 10p. in the £ doesn't rwally make any difference.

  11. I don't see how anyone could be happy with the way Labour are doing things at the moment. The only reason they got the votes they did is because some people are too stuck in there ways and in some cases stupid to actually realise there are alternatives.

  12. Not really.

  13. All I can say is bring on the general election, get them out! Quite right, they didn't put all those things in the manifesto, but they think we are all stupid!

  14. Not at all surprised.

  15. I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.

They aren't helped by Gordon Brown who appears to be completely lacking in any policies or purpose. I think he may be an actual puppet.

  16. it's just a case of choosing the lesser of two evils, i guess. I still don't really want the Conservatives in power but we've all had enough of Gordon Brown's labour, and he's only been around for a year.

  17. im not at all surprised. i am delighted . its was wonderful to see gordon clowns face. and he still says its not his fault???? its due to the world monetary climate.  is he blind? cant he see whats been happening to this once fine country? i think he should call a general election right now. lets get shot of this useless bunch of idiots.

  18. not surprised at all, i agree with all of what you stated. i think what took the biscuit the most was when he had a trip to america while people here at home had to suffer that 10 tax thing. and also all those missing discs containing peoples information.

To (enemy of the plate), tony blair is not stupid, he picked a good time to leave labour up to gorden, and make him take the fall

  19. blair stitched brown up like a kipper...but he is an arrogant slimeball..

    i think its funny

  20. If people had looked back at the 70's there is no way Labour should have been elected in 1997. We were so poor at the end of their term, like now there was nothing in the kitty. Labour have only one thought in mind, spend, spend, spend because we can always get more from the electorate, as all the tax rises have proved.
