No, the news comes from the spin doctors who report what they think we need to hear to change our minds and vote for what we do not believe.  I'm sure if someone else from the republican party was to ask the same question, it would favor them.  I will be so glad when this election is over and all the lies and stories stop.

It might be that they are fed up with being deployed in Iraq or being sent back after coming home, so they are hoping for a quicker end to the war.  Which both candidates promise to do if elected
