Are you taller than you dad? Guys only.

Question

how tall are you and how tall is your dad? If your taller than at what age did you become his height? And is it normal for me to be 5ft 4 at 13 when my dad is only 5ft 3?

My dad's 5'8" and I'm 5"11.  I was 5'4" when I graduated high school.  The next year was great for me.

Yes it is normal to be taller than your Dad; you may be getting your height genetics from someone else in your family (either mother's or father's side).

I am 6'2", and my Dad is around 5'9"

I was taller than him when i was around 15 years old.

Yep, don't know when it was, or how much by (I've never met him, was only told I was taller) but yep I'm taller.

It's natural for offspring to be bigger than the parents, just a part of evolution, almost everyone you ask will be taller than their tallest parent (with the possible exceptions of one parent being very short and the other very tall)

I'm 15 and just this past year past both my dad and my 18 year old brother. They're both 5' 8" or so, and I'm about 5' 10.5"
