  1. Yes! I get really crappy sleep, I wake up a lot, and have a hard time even falling asleep. I have struggled with insomnia and other sleep issues as well, in the past. (including terrible vivid nightmares on the regular; which totally prevents your body from thinking it ever got ANY sleep!)

Unfortunately, I don't have insurance, so going to the doctor for something like this is out of the question. But if it bothers you, you should definitely go see a specialist if you have the opportunity & the fundage!

  2. yup cuz the bed is so comfy i don't wanna leave.

  3. yeah... mostly because I'm woken up by my mom knocking on my door. lol

    =]

  4. Yeh! It just takes me a while to wake up properly.

  5. I note your a coffee drinker

cafine is a directic - that means it means you go number 1's alot - alot sonner than one should - meaning the body has less time to absorb the vitimins and minerals in your system and you expell fluid before the body is ready to.......

people say it dehydrates, yes it does mostly because you do more number 1's

if you quit caffine for a while you will notice you wake up and bounce out of bed like your 8 years old with a new bike to ride........

    just a thought

  6. the average person gets up somewhere between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM, while studies show that your body doesn't stop making sleep hormones until 7, no matter when you go to bed. of course, if you go to sleep at 7 PM, you won't be as tired as you would if you fell asleep at 11, but it's just natural to be tired even if you've got a good night's rest. maybe it's partly psychological............sleeping is the one time no one can blame you for doing nothing, and then you have to get up to go to a stressful day...........maybe that has something to do with it?

  7. Yes, I have the same problem. I have been told recently that I snore in my sleep (sooooo depressing!), so I may have sleep apnea. You may want to see if that is your problem. Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing during your sleep, so you are constantly waking up and never get restful sleep.
