Yes, if everyone cuts down on their driving, the gas prices will go down.  Simple demand and supply.  I commend you.

If my drive wasn't 55 miles, one way to work, I'd definatly be leaving my truck at home. Plus, it's snowing today.

As a side note, on cars made after 1998, you can't syphon the fuel out. They have flapper valves/fill limiting vent valves, and other valves which prevent syphoning.

You alone will not make any difference at all, but I understand. I refuse to look at or listen to commercial advertising on TV, even though I know the advertisers don't know or care.
