I give my word fairly rarely so it's pretty easy to keep track of my promises.

(Some promises are fulfilled more quickly than others.)

Yes I try to be but as Helen said sometimes other factors take over & changes everything......so I try not to promise unless I know can do it as don't like to upset anybody or let someone down.........

I do try to keep a promise..but it's not always possible to do so...so I tend to say that i will TRY to do something instead,as life throws allsorts of things at us that distract from the things we said we would do.. :-)
