Wells Fargo Bank is having troubles far beyond their website performance recently.  From the news:

"Wells Fargo & Co., the fifth-largest U.S. bank, spent $957,000 in the first half of 2007 to lobby the federal government, according to a disclosure form."

Wells Fargo is having trouble with a lot of things, like customer service, accounting etc., not only their website. You are not the only one who has complaints against them.
