Are you watching mythbusters right now?

Question

It's wednesday evening 8pm (CDT) and Mythbusters is busting the moon landing hoax.

I'm just curious how many of my fellow Y!A mythbusters are watching... Should be good for ammo - right?

Ah d**n I cant get it here, I live in Australia and we only get the older episodes on a government station. It sucks, Ill check it out online later though! Sounds like good ammo, but you have to remember, the Greys and the Reptilians are paying the Mythbusters! ITS ALL A CON!!!

Wait...wait....something doesnt sound right about that last sentence...hmmmm...

The problem is that Mythbusters will use actual logic and science, which so far seems to have no effect on the hoaxers.

I didn't get to see it. I recently dumped my cable. I must say I am impressed by the others that answered who dont have cable or tv!

I've decided TV sux. I will just go to BW3s to watch games. Other than that, there were only a few channels that I paid attn. to, plus I have so little "tv time" that it seemed a waste of money.

But, thumbs up to all of you who have dumped your tvs and or subscription based tv! Your I.Q.'s just rose by 10 points :))

Well, I wanted to.  I was going to take down the things I have posted on my TV, (I use it as a bulletin board.)  But after firing it up, I discovered that cheapo that I am, I only have basic.  The only reason I have even that is because of my kids.

So I'm missing it.  Darn.  Maybe somebody will post portions of it on youtube.

Which "hoax" are they busting? The one that says the landing was a hoax, or the one that says the landing was real?

I'll be watching it for sure, but sadly, even when presented with overwhelming evidence; the conspiricy claimers will find fault in the mythbusters methods, or will claim that NASA "fudged" the results in NASA's favor. You can bet on it.

This is what fascinates me about human nature. Once a person embraces a certain BELIEF, they hold onto it as if their life depended on it. It becomes part of their very reality.....and far be it for anyone to challenge their reality....even when presented with scientific evidence and or proof otherwise.

We will go back to the moon and most likely visit the historic sites where 12 brave Americans left their footprints for milleniums....and you can bet the looneys will come out from under their rocks with a whole new set of claims explaining how the spent lunar descent modules, rovers, scientific experiments (including the laser mirror reflectors) and footprints all got there.

People choose to be uninformed and allow their beliefs to frame their perceptions of the world......so what can you do?

I was watching it, but changed to "Dog the Bounty Hunter" when I realized that it would do no good to watch the other.

I did watch a show about future technology hosted by Cisco on Discovery a little earlier that was WAY cool...

Ah, no. My wife and I have not owned a TV since 1981.
