  1. Lately, when I feel weary or sad, I play with my dog or I go for a walk. That usually makes me feel better.


  2. If i feel sad, I'll take a walk (mostly on my motor bike). I hit the road and I let my mind free.

    That's the physical activities which can lead into my emotional activities. . . somehow I'll get free and think easily about all the burdens as I am on the road.

    And those kind of experiences become my inspiration to write about Poet on Sneaker . . .
