  1. You sound really young. I wouldn't trust you with my house. You better be really good at what you're doing (selling houses etc.) If you don't know something it will probably instantly call into doubt everything about you. A client might think you're too young to know what you're talking about if you mess up on something.

  2. I'm sure no one means any offense, but 27 is not young. I'd start with this reality and go from there.

  3. Presentation is everything!  If you act like a kid they will treat you as one.  If you act like a knowledgeable professional then you will be treated like one!!!

  4. WE young agents formed a group called Young Realty and met monthly.  It was fun,  Now,  i'm old.  /

  5. Your not that young, but the market is REALLY BAD RIGHT NOW, if you haven't noticed.

  6. Lord, don't get your license right now.  You will be wasting your time and money.

It is very, very difficult right now even for the seasoned pros.

People are jumping out of the business left and right.

    Wait....now is not the time.

  7. You're not that young.lol.You will be taken seriously because when people want to purchase a house, they want to purchase a house.

  8. A knowledgeable and professional realtor is taken seriously. Any agent that doesn't return calls, doesn't take problems head on, lacks negotiating skills, and or thinks they knows everything may as well forget it. Age hasn't a thing to do with it.
