  1. Meybe meybe not

  2. yes, youngstars r better than the seniors.

  3. no, because senior's  can  handle  difficult   situation      perfectly   rather than  youngstars

  4. It is not necessary that seniors or juniors are best. It depends,  sometimes a senior player plays better and sometimes the youngsters. It depends on the form of the players. You can't say anything in cricket.

  5. sometimes it good and sometimes bad

  6. Seniors are better than youngsters, b'coz they have consistency. As we all have seen in the finals of the Asia Cup, these youngsters can't maintain the rhythm of winning & due to inconsistency they lost it. That's why you need seniors in the team & at any level youngsters can't overtake seniors.

    pkn

  7. yes

  8. No. I still believe that none of the youngsters, be it Raina, Yousuf Pathan, Rohit Sharma or Uthappa has the potential of reaching upto the standard and level of perfection of the 3 legends of the game-Sachin, Sourav and Dravid. Had the experience of these 3 players been with us, India wouldn't have lost so miserably in the Asia Cup final. The juniors all choked when it mattered the most. Infact, apart from Raina, none of the other newcomers performed consistently in the Asia Cup. On the contrary, Sourav Ganguly, inspite of playing better than any of the youngsters, and proving his worth in the IPL is kept out of the team, just because Dhoni feels that he is not needed anymore in the team. Even Rahul Dravid has done well in the IPL.

And the irony is that according to the selectors, the team is chosen on the basis of performance. This is a joke! Why is Sourav and Dravid sacked despite a commendable performance? Anyway, you are right. Experience always wins, and talent which the big 3 possesses is eternal, and can't be replaced that easily.

  9. all the youngsters in the indian side have failed, apart from Gambhir, who is 26, and cant be considered a youngster, and raina and Ishant.

However experience wins. and no indian youngsters, are no where near as good as dravid and Sachin

  10. Yes!This is  requirement  of time if You want your team right at top!!

  11. seiors now how to handle the match in loseing ways. but youngter don,t they are thing for every match as t20 match.

  12. Jayasuriya the best senior

  13. It really doesn't matter if a player is senior or junior. What matters is how he performs in a given situation. You need to give a chance to them equally and keep the one who helps your team win. As they say: " three strikes and you are out." If you fail to make the best of the opportunity given to you, then the next is going to take your place. It is that simple and equally applicable to Sachin or Suresh Raina.

  14. you cant beat abit of sachin

  15. they are the role model for the new commerse, shewag gambhir , they play like sorav and sachin, sachin sorav have there own style to play, , but the fielding of sorav is not good, bcoz he goes old now, he tired after some time of match, so there is the requirement of youngster, when they will play they will learn, but i will suggest that we shud have given a chance to rahul and sorav to retire yourself after a series win, they have to play one series and anounce the retire himself, it will be good for him, and for sachin he is fit for play and his fielding is still better than shewag now, and he can play 4 more years

  16. Recent performances in Indian Premier League-T20 version of Cricket proves comparatively that Juniors have fared well than Seniors.

20-20 format is like 100 metres SPRINT-youngsters revelled in this Format by sheer aggression and Execution-say players like Gambir ,Yousuf Pathan,Morkel and Shaun Marsh.

One-Day Format suits say middle distance runners (just example only) like Sourav,Dravid,Ponting and others like, and Test cricket suits players like VVS Lakshman.

There are exceptions--Sachin, Sehvag, Dhoni,Hayden,Mike Hussey, Pollock,McGrath excellrd in all above Formats.

Performance of players depend on which Format they play irrelevant of whether one is Junior or Senior, since DYNAMICS of the game get altered by DURATION of the game.

  17. The seniors aren't useless but youngsters should definitely get the chance to play! Just one senior like Sachin is enough in the team...i think the youngies 've the potential...they just need some time! We never should underestimate the youngsters bcoz they are the present & future of our country!

  18. sometimes they r besster than the seniors...

But in the case of Jaya ... he is really swesome !

  19. How we can compare seniors and juniors? Sachin, Saurav & Rahul are one of the greatest batsmen of all time in both ODI`s & tests. Raina,Uthappa,Rohit & Y.Pathan have much to learn about Cricket. So don`t compare lengends & stars.

  20. there is no doubt that younsters r far better than the seniors.

  21. Youngsters have the ability, some failure does not mean they does not have the consistency, its the way to learn & they defnately do that. Old horses can guide us but cann't win the race.
