  1. Can they be both?

    Nicely put!

  2. "At this point in time, to my best recollection, those telephone conversations were not taped."

  3. Interesting, this must be a martian experience.  Is it  "gray" or "grey"?

    Edit

Thanks Neonman i had to ask as its twice Ive seen it spelt that way. I looked it up and this is what i found:-

    grey - gray

Grey became thee established British spelling in the 20th century, pace Dr. Johnson and others, and is but a minor variant in American English, according to dictionaries. Canadians tend to prefer grey. Non-cognate greyhound is never grayhound.

  4. I hate being grounded!  Let's go to Mars.

  5. "Hi!"

build me a space ship so i can escape.

I would like to travel between both points, but only glimpse at the end.

  6. You need to be grounded, or you crack up!

  7. Evolving, And after years many sprouts return.

The basic foundation, I for one love 'me roots for better or

    worse.

    As you would say,"well penned"

  8. My roots are simply gray, but change with my mood.

"Moody Roots"  When's the next ship sailing Mars?  To be grounded on Mars... Wonderful poem, Neon.  Thanks.

  9. the last line would flow better if you said "but always in the ground" if that makes sense, if not, then it's fine... I love your poem! it al flows really well, and you didn't make any spelling mistakes. "A point in place" is a sweet line! Keep it up!

  10. what was that old rhyme?

"round and round and round  I go

but  where I stop nobody knows."

this concept of being is wholly mysterium...but

beyond the gates of perception.... delirium .

  11. Well said! I'm with Elaine...all lift off to Mars!
