Area near Beijing University of International Business and Economics?

Hi there

I am coming to Beijing mid March to study at UIBE and was wondering whether any of you could tell me anything about the university itself and the area where it is located, inc. housing possibilities and prices.

The main campus is downtown. There is a small campus on the east side. No problem for housing. They take income into account and pro rate it.
