Area of dry skin on face?

a small area on my cheek

its just randomly red a little and there is dry skin around that area

it's weird, what kind can i do to prevent it

It may be a yeast infection.Check with your DR.

Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion with oatmeal or eucerin lotions are the only ones I have found that dont irritate my face. I get weird red dry spots too and these seem to work the best. If you use any acne medications these are probably what is causing this. You might want to see the dermatologist just to make sure its not a rash or something but try these lotions and see what happens. It cant hurt.
