Areas/suburbs in Athens,Greece?

Hi to anyone living in Athens,Greece.

Can you tell me what areas are near to the suburbs Metamorrphosi and Philadelphia,in Athens?

I want to book a hotel near to where my friends live.

Both in Metamorphosis and Filadelfia towards the National Road to Thessaloniki there are hotels which mostly cater for hourly clientele, but I'm sure if you don't mind they will always take you in as regular guest.

Your friends surely can check out some of them and let you know.

Otherwise, downtown Athens is your best bet.

Hmm, the above answer is totally wrong, the aareas it mentions are exactly on the other side of Athens.The suburbs you mention are near Heraklion, Lykovryssi, Pefki, Ag. Anargyroi. These won't help you I guess, because they are not touristic places, not realy a place to find a hotel or to stay as a tourist. I suggest that you either stay at Kifissia or the centre of Athens, and you go to your frinds' house or nearby using the metro.
