To answer your question, I'm gonna give you a 'sorta yes'.  People who are mostly conservative and right-wing are generally republican. Among the conservative extremists are womanizers and people who don't think women should 'leave the kitchen'. It's stupid but these are uneducated red necks, so you just have to let it go.

John McCains motives are still a mystery to me, but I definitely know he succeeded at drawing all the attention away from Obama's historical speech.

Yes they are especially the conservative.  I don't watch Fox news by the way.  I do know older conservatives that would never vote for a woman.  They also tend to be racist too.  McCain really did himself in.  The Hillary supporters are also not stupid enough to fall for this ploy.

psh, he chose wisely, she has plenty of experience in her short 2 years of governor, she has an 80% approval rating, it means she is doing something right.  As governor she has made choices for the Alaska national guard, and Alaska's economy is going steady now.  She will help McCain win this election!  Just watch

I am republican and I come from a very republoican area. We are not racist, sexist etc.... The racist people are democrats as they are so against white people. Palin has done a lot so far. Much more in her short time than what Obama has. Obama is a good talker I'll give him that but he is not  a leader. He is a novelty and if he gets elected a lot of people will be kickng themselves in the butt.

No I don't think so. Unlike the democrats who want their women barefoot, pregnant and on welfare. There are a lot more democratic women who aren't married and on welfare then republican. They love to deny it but the facts prove it. At least McCain's pick was a governor and has much more experience than Buttock Insane Obama ever had.
