Aren't bootcut and skinny jeans kind of the same?

Well.... yeah in a sense. The skinny leg jeans are straight but very narrow and tight, all the way down to the ankle. Where as bootcut is straight but wide, to fit comfortably over boots.

bootcut fit like flair jeans but they don't flair.

skinny jeans fit tight and are tight at the ankles.

no, not really. bootcut is more of a straight leg jean, where a skinny jean is way more skinny

No at all. Bootcut has a more relaxed fit throughout the whole leg, where as skinny jeans are more tailored to hug the legs.

nope 2 different things! Skinny is like clinging to your legs bootcut is like shorter and more wider than skinny

no boot cut has a wider leg than skinny jeans straight leg is closer to the boot cut than skinny jeans are!
