Aren't most Jonas Brothers questions against community guideline?

A lot of questions ask do you love the jonas brothers, or don't you think they are hot. These are under the violation of mere chatting and are not not actual questions. Why aren't these questions reported and taken down? Any thoughts?

Well i am a Jonas Brother Fan. I haven't asked a question like that. I just answer them but I have noticed that a lot too. I think they might be letting it slide because they aren't saying anyone on yahoo answers is that and because they are celeberties. That is my point of view!
