  1. No.  That is just routine maintenance


  2. No, it's fair market value, adjusted for condition, but recent repairs don't add to the value, they are considered normal maintenance.  Adjusted for condition would mean things like an upgraded stereo, etc.

    Depends on what you did to the car.

    Most of the time, the repairs you did are required because you have to keep the car running and safe. Maintenance items do not add value to the car.


  4. even "adjusted for description" doesn't raise the value of the car.  Only thing you can do to change the value. is to make it newer.  or wait 50 yrs until it's considered a classic.
