I don't believe so, but there is positive sexual development through masturbation.

Nothing negative.   If you feel guilty about it, that could cause psychological problems that lead to negative development.  If you get caught doing it some place weird that can damage your reputation.  That's all i can think of.

People can sense everything subconsciously. Even its not obvious. there are signs that a normal person be identify by their combination of body movements and speech presentation. People attracts similar people. It doesn't really matter. we always have a match, nobody's perfect.
