Aren't there usually more than 7 awards to give out at the vmas?

I was just on the website for the show and it occurred to me that there were only awards for best rock, pop, hip hop, female, male, dancing, new artist and video of the year. I hope there are more awards than that because if not then MTV sucks just a little more.

Hmm, well they changed it a whole lot this year, letting you choose the nominees and all.

Perhaps they've changed the number of awards to hand out also.

We'll see, the VMA's don't occur until September 7.

Because the VMA's are so prestigious, that you can only give out so many. What do you think it is, a Grammy or something?? This is the VMA's were talking about!! Moonmen rock!!!
