  1. Yes! I am really tired of Democrats VS Republicans -  everyone needs to come together or at least "Agree to Disagree" before we will see any positive (and effective) changes in America.

The Olympics was a breath of fresh air and I am completely enjoying it with my husband and children. We are now HUGE fans of Michael Phelps! He is a fantastic role model in his sport! I love seeing athletes represent their country and it makes me proud to be an American! This is how we bring people together - by celebrating together - the polititions should take notes!

  2. Don't really care because it's all a bunch of yaya!

  3. YES!!!

Now if the TV stations would make funny commercials during the Olympics like they do for the Superbowl, it would make watching the Olympics even better.

  4. That's what I love about the olympics. It's the one time the world can come together and put aside politics and problems for these games. It's very touching(:

  5. yeah me and everyone else I know is alot happier now.

but in my house my parent were born in jamaica so when the track and field events are jamaica vs usa it can get a lil bit messy lol

  6. heck yes its summertime and the livin' is easy.

  7. YES!!!!

I can see now that when the time comes to vote, alot of people don't even bother.  It's like a constant bombardment of politics for almost 2 years before an election.  People are just getting so sick of it, and I never used to watch the olympics...but I'm into this year because it's almost like a relief to have a different topic of conversation with people!!

  8. Yeah,I am so sick of this politics news,I wish the olympics would continue till November

  9. Heck, yes!! I needed a break, because the conventions will take over the airwaves after the Olympics. They had to schedule the conventions around the Olympics, so that is why they are later this time.
