Aren't you proud of the record numbers of US citizens exercising their right to vote?

Regardless who wins I am proud of Americans for voting in record numbers. No need to be nasty or campaign for your candidate in your answer.

Of course you have to be a legal citizen to vote.  And many who are not yet legal would make better citizens than a lot of American-born people.  I work with people applying for citizenship who make great contributions, care a lot about this country, and are really excited about getting the right to vote. The right is more precious to them, considering the poor rights in so many other countries.

It is great to see higher participation and discussion in this year's election.

Not all of them. I still insist: voting should not be a knee-jerk reaction. Stupid people shouldn't vote. If you don't know, stay home.
