  1. You must be, but I could care less really.

  2. Not as much as what happened in the US for example!

Mr Le Pen is not the best thing which could happen to France. I heard he has a hard time gathering support and signatures to be able to be a candidate. Mr LePen and Mr de Villiers are not really what you can call friends, they just want to combine they influence but each one wants to stab the other in the back when opportunity arises.

He talks a lot but doesn't do anything, French voters are known to have a very volatile vote. No one knows what is going to happen. Remember not everyone in France is a racist and fascist.

What France needs is a good dose of Positivism. Everyone there is so negative.

To the people who want to nuke them, please note that the nuclear power in France is as (or more) developed than in the US or UK. Be careful what you wish for...

  3. He is not quite ready to come back...yet....He is still missing some voices to be able to take part of the presidential elections.

I do really hope that he won't be able to get the 80 (or so) voices missing...

In 2002 I was in the States, and I had my mom vote for me, it was a really scary moment for France..

I really hope this will never happen again.

    EDIT :

Zap : you're just an a*****e ! Saying that french people deserve what's happening is like saying that New yorkers (aka American) deserved what happenend on 9/11... that was a nightmare for everybody and beleive me not only for american...

you're just disguting and i guess you don't know what you're talking about

  4. First Le Pen is never going to win the elections. In the case he is elected at the first round he will never get through the second one.

Who is going to win: Segolene Royal (the left side), or Bayrou (the centrist who is in a very good shape right now) or Sarkozy (the right side).

According to the polls Sarkozy should win the elections. But he scares a lot of people because he is on the right right right side (not as much right as Le Pen but still..)

Then Royal is not doing good. She has done some pretty bad TV shows. So who knows.....

  5. I'm not worried because I try to accept the things I cannot change. Let's hope the French inform themselves before they vote. Americans should do the same.

  6. He doesn't sound so bad to me, but then my name is not Abdullah...

sounds like a take charge guy who wants to restore borders, culture and language.

  7. The notion that Le Pen is "ready to win" the 2007 Presidential elections is absurd. No one with even the faintest understanding of the current political situation believes he has any such chance.

The claim that he was "near" a win in the last election is equally cretinous unless you think that losing 82% to 18% is "near." The vote for Le Pen was almost pure protest.

NB: I would note that anyone who thinks that France has an advanced nuclear capability viz a viz the USA doesn't know what he is talking about.

France has about 350 obsolete nuclear devices but does not have the means of actually delivering them on American targets in the face of American countermeasures.
