  1. Both are beautiful. Argentina is Spanish speaking, Brazil is Portuguese. Brazil if you're looking t party, Argentina is more laid back (although they do party too)

  3. both! ive travelled loads in south america and its my job too...brazil if you want beaches, argentina if you want stunning landscapes. Both are brilloiant for partying!
