Argentina or Uruguay?

which is cheaper and better in terms of living there?

Both are great places to live. I lived 4 years in Buenos Aires and visited Montevideo 3 times. If you want a cheaper place, with a better quality of life, then Uruguay is your place. Argentina is a better country in terms of historic places, landscape, more things to do and see but Uruguay has it's charm too. There are places like Colonia, Punta del Este and even Montevideo which are much smaller than places in Argentina but with a lot of flavour. Food is also great in Uruguay, cheap meat and great wine. Personally I think Uruguay is underrated, it's a great, quiet, cheap place to live and more people should visit it. And besides, you are near enough to travel to Argentina when you want to without the hussle of living in a big city like Buenos Aires.

because, i would most definately say that argentina is a little better as in living.
