  1. Brest tenderness, cramping, bloating, irritability can all be signs that your are starting your period. Tampons are usually very effective, just remember to change regularly. Buy a variety pack of assorted sizes to see which ones will work best for you.

  2. go on the internet - try feminax or beinggirl websites and they have period predictors for 12 months ahead. but you do need to fill in background info such as when your last period was, how long it was etc.   for the future, i would mark when you have your period on a calendar - then count 28 days ahead so you can always have an idea of when it can probably be.

the tampons definitely should be absorbent enough - make sure you use the correct absorbency for your flow. make sure you do not put in a really big heavy one just because you dont want it to leak, or cant change it for a long time. there can be health risks if you do this.

regular/super should be fine and will be absorbent enough. if you are really heavy you can always wear a super plus. just wear whats right for your flow and they wont leak!

    good luck!

  3. the average cycle lasts 28 days. So that means the first day of your last period would be day 1.  Count 28 days and the 29th day should be a good guess for when your period could start. Some women have much shorter or longer cycles so this does not work for everyone. Taking birth control will help make your cycle 28 days.

  4. Just wear a pad each day just in case.

I would strongly advise against using a tampon before your period, but if you must, be sure not to leave it in for a long time. That can result in Toxic Shock Syndrome, or something of the sort.

  5. just signs of pms which is cramps back aches mood swings zits.head aches.bloating . tired.craving.and some other things which you probebly know but there is no way to know for sure when it is coming.

  6. Sounds like you're not on the pill if you don't know when you're due. Take it you're not regular either else you should know that you're always 26/27/28 days or whatever is usual for you. If you really don't want a period while you're away, go to the doctors quick and they can prescribe some pills that should stop you menstruating. They are called Northisterone (check spelling)!

    Enjoy your holiday x

  7. Usually the symptoms show when you're gonna get it (cramps, moodiness, bloating, etc) but everyone is different and we all get it at different times. It might be irregular still and may come sooner or later than expected. Tampons are more absorbant than pads! Just change it every four hours and you should be good =) The instructions are on the box on how to use them =)
