Argos online are a complete and utter farce?

I ordered a weights bench and weights from argos yesterday, which cost £104 and I'm still waiting for my conformation E-mail, they said It wouldn't take long but im still waiting, My m8 had they same problem while buying a washing machine and he had 2 wait 3 or 4 weeks for his, any idea?

They took 6 weeks to deliver a swing for my son - by then the sun had gone and it was raining and autumn!!!!

Hi same thing happened to me, I am expecting my first baby and we ordered a crib and bedding from Argos, I never got an email and then about 3 weeks later got a letter telling me they were out of stock and it would take another 3 weeks, so we waited as they already had taken the money out of the bank, then when the 3 weeks game we got a phone call telling us it still isnt coming, so we got the money back.

They are rubbish and its not good for customers who need to products eepcially with a baby on the way.

Just ring them up and find out what is going on with your stuff if they fob you off and say they have no stock just tell them you want a refund as they proabably wont get it in anyways,

I would contact and cancel your order , if you are unhappy with them. The sooner the better, so you can get it before they try to process/
