I wonder if anyone else on here has been fortunate enough to have experienced the excellent customer service at Argos. I purchased a stereo two years ago along with their replacement product cover (at an extremely resonable price i have to say) and it broke down (my young grandson decided to feed the cassette player with some biscuit!!). Since I had the RPC I was able to return to the shop where, with no bother at all, I was offered a full refund (since they no longer stock that model). It was such a relief I can tell you. Needless to say, with the refund I have been able to purchase a new stereo..along of course with a new insurance...just in case!! Such a difference to other stores where I might have had a disappointment, a wait or an argument ..or even worse... had to deal with some outside Insurance co and had to pay the exemption fee of £50 out of the refund... Thank you Argos. x*x
