Question:

Arguing torture?

if you were agruing someone on the basis of torture, what would your main points be??

like say that you were con-torture, you could possible say its against the constitution and threatens the grounds that the democratic government is based upon, but what is a stronger point (s) then this???

  2. That sometimes it is a necessary evil. People have different views on what constitutes torture. Whats the situation, country, other circumstances?

    Look at the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War.

    maybe that will help...
