Aries,the designer.Virgo,the manufacturer.Virgo do exactly the design but the capasity different?

Aries has a design and Virgo is helping to manufatured it.However the design is 100% look alike but the capacity of the machine is not as the design.Virgo claim that the required design followed the capacity of the machine will be affected and vice versa.How would Aries can react?Accept or decline the product?
