Aries Woman, Scorpio Man?

I'm an Aries and the guy that I'm "seeing" is a Scorpio. Things went great for about a month, kinda seeing each other on an irregular basis once or twice a week. But now, I find myself texting him often (which yesterday was his first reply for over a week) and getting no response. We had made plans to hang out last night and he said he'd call later on, but never did. I feel crazy because I was calling him and texting him to see if he'd answer, I really wanted to hang out! I don't know a lot about astrology, but need help baaaaad!
