Arizona Biking on Freeways?

Question

Is this allowed, even though there wouldn't be a bicycle lane? Where would I have to ride (lane wise)? Do I need a license to ride my bike on the freeway? Other than protective gear, what else I required of me on my bike while I'm on the freeway?

That's illegal in most states, probably Arizona too.   Even if it's legal, it's extremely dangerous.
