Arizona Diamondbacks manager Kirk Gibson confident for Daniel Hudson’s comeback – MLB Update
The Arizona Diamondbacks manager Kirk Gibson is currently facing some serious problems regarding his certain players’ injuries as the current Major League Baseball season gets more heated and going towards mid season break.
However, the Diamondbacks manager Gibson is not so worried over his some of the injured players, who are currently on disabled list.
Currently the Diamondbacks starting pitcher Daniel Hudson is on 15-day disabled list due to his right shoulder soreness, but as he is considered one of the key pitchers in the Diamondbacks roster, his absence now started to alarm the top management excluding
the team manager, Kirk Gibson.
Gibson is a firm believer that the future will bring comfort for the Diamondbacks and his one of the best and key starting pitchers Daniel Hudson will also join the roster again.
Recently, some reporters tried to ask various questions from Gibson about Hudson’s potential return in the big league. Gibson replied explaining slight details of Hudson’s comeback.
Gibson said, “I'm not a doctor, but the MRI showed nothing that is alarming, I don't have any secret information, trust me. If it still hurts, we'll probably shut him down and wait longer."
Gibson has previously also said for Hudson, "I'm sure we're leading the pack in that category, and that's not one you want to be leading, It's part of it. But we'll get it under control. We'll stave it off. There's no panic. And that's when it happened,
so he's not ready to pitch here, We'll have to back him down, keep his arm going and try to get his calf healed. It's not healed yet."
Former Chicago White Sox and current Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher, Daniel Hudson was playing in this ongoing Major League Baseball season with an ERA of 6.00 along with 1-1 win loss, 12 strikeouts, and 1.61 WHIP before getting hit hurt and placed on disabled
list.
However, his career ERA of 3.33 along with 26-16 win-loss record, 279 strikeouts and 1.18 WHIP suggests as he possesses some huge skills which will give them strength in order to return soon onto the field.
