My card hasn't been filled this month and I don't know why. Its usually filled on the 8th. Is there a customer service # that I can call and speak to someone? (and not the number on the card)

Same problem. Arizona stinks. They cut taxes for billionaires so they have to cut food stamps and medical. The governor is inhuman. Then some jerko here says "get a job." Excuse me, millions lost their jobs through no fault of their own, thanks to theiving banksters, who will Never be prosecuted by our wimp President. Those jobs ain't coming back. Jerko is probably a bankster and voted for our rotten governor.

I have been having the same problems... All DES could tell me was that there was alot of cuts on employes this last month & that they were going to have to manually go in to the computer & send it. They also said you case manager is the only one who could do it..

Really? Really? Wow. Honestly, the lack of compassion in this world is humiliating. Most people with food assistance benefits are working and providing a home, clothing, food, electricty, school supplies, transportation for children and other family members...etc...
I'm ok with paying a little in taxes to help "the people" for "the people"...after all count your blessings you live in America.
I was in the DES office Sept 18,2010 and they said my funds would beon my card the 21st of sept and I tried using my card and it was "not authorized" then or oct 10th and nov 10th.
I was evicted from my home on aug 30th 2010 (i turned in the eviction notice with my application). now i don't have transporation to get to DES office-no money for car tags or insurance.....so my car is park some place--until i get a job and can afford those things.
I did request shelter assistance, i have no phone and using general delivery 85251 for current address. I have no food and could really use your assistance and soon. I hate pan handling from stranges and st vincent charties has given me soup & a couple cans of vetagables--enough food for 1 meal a day which they only do this once a month. carolyn scarlett 05021954/DOB
