If they don't do a credit check they are probably a "buy-here-pay-here" dealer who does his own ripoff financing. They sell overpriced junk cars to people with bad credit. They charge the maximum interest rate allowed by state law and put you on a weekly or biweekly payment plan. They put a starter interrupter on the car so that if you are late with one payment, the car will not start. Then, if you miss a payment they repo the car and put it back on the lot for the next sucker.
