Arkansas River water levels? Too high right now? Is my ROyal Gorge raft trip going to be cxld b/c of this?

the water levels on arkansas waters are very high this season

the levels are lowering everyday

the raft trip should still be on as every trip is dangerous and has unexpected obstacles...so the higher water should not give anymore surprises

The river levels on the Ark are huge this year. I wouln't be worried about a canclation but it is pretty dangeroues this year you can check out eddyflower for pretty up to date details on cfs http://www.coloradokayak.com/site/river_... You could try this lik or mountainbuzz.com has the levels

Inquire of your rafting company. No rafting company will run water that is not within certain limits. Some river companies  use large boats for high water and small boats for low water. Please note, no such activity can ever be declared, 'SAFE'.
