Arkansas just put a ban on smoking at games and on campus. Were they able to enforce it on the tailgaters?

I'm referring to the first game in Fayetteville last weekend.

In Norway you can't smoke at public places at all, you got to go at specially designated rooms/areas (NOT areas in the same room as non-smokers, an own room)

Don't smoke at public places, it is dangerous to people around you
