My right arm has a muscle twitch or something below, I can feel it without even touching it with my finger and even when I touch it.

It won't stop no matter what I do, what could it be?

I can even SEE IT MOVING!

(sorry I couldn't give more information)

  1. This is called "fasciculation" and is normally caused by boredom, fatigue or even prevention of blood flow. Hopefully it should go away if you become more active and get enough rest.

    Hope I helped.

  2. it can be due to a number of things, lack of certain minerals in your diet, leaning on a vien/artery which causes excess blood to go through that part of your arm causing the values at the crossroads to enlarge and press against other flesh or it can be stray nerve impulses.

if it continues i'd seek expert advice.

  3. Its caused by dehydration, and your muscles are telling you that they need water and nutrients.

  4. move youre arm around alot exercise it but if it does not go away in three days go see a DR

  5. I sometimes get that in the top of my arm, you've probably been leaning on it, or something without realising. You'll just have to wait for it to go away :)
