  1. You need a David Weider arm blaster , used with a straight bar, but sadly not a whole lot you can do for the race tomorrow , but look down the road , and train hard !!!! if it hurts Its GOOD !! Live to be BIG

  2. Stretch out your arms before riding. I like to make a tight fist and hold them out strait sideways and move my wrists side to side and up and down.

You can also ride more, it'll condition your arms.

  3. being a young male with no girlfriend, your right arm should be stronger than your left, switch hands tonight, cornhole will help you with that

  4. Drink lots of water and eat some bananas. Potassium and being well hydrated is about all you can do in the short term. No exercise is going to get your forearms ready for racing like just riding the bike will. Seat time is the key. Also play around with handle bar positioning and make sure your gloves aren't too tight.

I forgot to add that arm pump comes primarily from trying to hold the bike with your arms rather than your legs. When I was in Gary Baily's school he had us ride laps with our left arm behind our back, doing all of the jumps and everything, to teach us to hold with our legs...it worked!!

  5. There's nothing you can do. Just Quit.
