what arm excercises can i do to tone up my arms?

  1. It really doesn't seem like you know too much about lifting.  SO instead of naming exercises I will direct you to websites that show you the exercises.  

    Wrist curls, Curls, reverse curls, French curls, dips, pull ups, push ups  I don't know the list goes on, try looking at these, and it sounds like you are a girl so use light weight and do 3-4 sets of 15.

    And if you are flabby do cardio, run, and eat healthy.  You can have the most toned body in the world, if there is fat over it, no one will be able to tell.

  2. Isolated curls, tricep dips (look them up, very useful), bench presses, etc.

  3. Begin with light dumbells(like 2 or 3 lbs) but do it consistently. I do a lot of arm exercises and it works but you have to keep up with it. Pushups also help the arms so I recommend you do 10 to begin with 3-4 times a week then gradually do more reps. Tricep extention and bicep curls are good exercises to do. The tricep is a little muscle and since it's small it quickly fills up with fat. So remember that. I usually do 3-LB dumbell of 4 sets with 20 reps (1 set=20 and so on). Do it about 4-5 times per week, in less than a month you will see results.
