Question:

Arm gets injured a lot?

In baseball I've thrown out my arm about 5 times, most of them come in the course of 30-45 pitches only (11 years old), and in football (quarterback) I've thrown out my arm 3 times just in practice. How can I make my arm stronger and less prone to getting injured? PLZ HELP!!
