  1. You probably have pain because your arm muscles are probable not use of the movement of a golf swing. Try putting some heat on your arm and the pain will probably go away in a few hours.

    Have a good one...

  2. I'm surprised that only your right arm is sore, due to the numerous muscles that are used in the golf swing.  My first time out every year results in forearm, shoulder, hip and even a little neck soreness.  It's normal, just a result of not playing regularly.  It will subside if you continue to play.

  3. It is almost certainly due to the fact that you simply haven't used those muscles in a long while.

I know that if I go to the gym after a break everything aches!

Just give it a rest and ease back into the golf a little more gently, although I know it's really enjoyable to get going again.

  4. Perhaps you are over rotating that right arm and causing a strain on the forearm. Playing golf for 2 days in a row with practice shots has exercised a part of the body which has been comparatively dormant. So give it a rest for a couple of days. It will ultimately strengthen on its own.

  5. I dont think its golf related you overworked the muscles get some gel or ice on it and get some exercises to make it strong
